Because of their incompetency regarding how insurance companies operate, I sat in their waiting room for over and hour today because their "home office" in Coppell, TX didn't understand how to read their provider contract. To make a long story short, I was told that I would have to pay $330 + dollars if I expected to receive treatment and they refused to provide me with care when I told them that I only had enough to cover my $25.00 copay.

I am filing a complaint with not only the Better Business Bureau, but the Texas Department of Insurance as well.
