I don't know about the other 2 offices, but the Coppell one is terrible. The staff is slow, didn't verify insurance until 30 mins before appointment, and not nice. Dr. Louca is very aggressive in treatment plan, she said my son has 10 cavities and may need crown for 3 of them, and will need 4 different visits, with valium, funny gas or even whole body general anesthetic (which none is covered by insurance at all). We went to another dentist for 2nd opinion, he only found 7, the other 3 are just minor wear-off, no crown is needed and 2 visits with valium and funny gas will do. I would recommend KidsDental @ Coppell to someone who: #1, is very rich and doesn't mind a $2000-3000 bill (b/c they try to overcharge by # of visits, # of teeth needs to be repaired, and things that won't be covered), and #2, has perfect kids that won't move, flinch or touch anything (b/c the very competent Dr. Louca said she won't take any chance with kids moving during the treatment and will therefore reschedule each time they show any incooperation). She haven't even started fixing my son's teeth and already thinks that my boy will move alot next time!!!! She doesn't know how to talk to kids at their level nor work with active boys!!!!
