Coppell Florist on Sandy lane does not stick to scheduled delivery dates. To think the nerve of this owner to take a milestone like our 20th Wedding Anniversary and dismiss it was nothing. To charge the hefty delivery fees to deliver 4 blocks and when asked for an explanation and I quote "I will get back to you" to present date still no explanation. If he dismissed something as specail as a 20 year wedding anniversary what else is he willing to dismiss. Definitely a 1 star business move because it is not just about your product. 1*
