I agree with the other review....

I agree with the other review. The head of engineering asked me to lie to Ci..bank and I left over the lack of ethics exhibited by every C-level and VP in the company.



Yes, there are regular screamfests by VP of Engineering and the CEO. Both imcompetent and unstable, They are ineffective, mean and not that bright. Its a sad little company that is destined to fail.



Turnover is shockingly high. But not surprising considering people are basically good and the unethical CEO, COO and VPs can't drag the best people down as they will move on to protect there integrity. Congrats to all the people that left this company.



And blessings to all the people that have to work in Miamisburg under the incompetent VP of Engineering.

Nautilus corporate struggles with integrity and honesty. They routinely ask employees to lie to clients about serious defects in the bundled cash and check accepting equipment. There are major defects with the logic, hardware, firmware and the engineers are combative and lack the common sense to refine the product. The design of the product was never finished and the engineers lack the intelligence, leadership and communication skills to effectively remedy the problem.



The HR department violates almost every possible aspect of employee rights, protection of information. These practices are encouraged and defended by the horrific CEO, Charles Jung, who routinely screams, yells and throws temper tantrums. He is unable to accept or even understand his role in the growth and prosperity of the organization. The nonsense is supported by nearly nepotistic Harry Nam. The head of engineering, Joe Militello, is incapable of communicating, is never pleasant and can't deliver anything on time. He embarrasses the company in corporate presentations by his ignorance, inability to accept his role and ability to dump all problems onto employees so he can run out of the office at 4:59 every day. He rides on past experiences from NCR and is in over his head.



On top of that the banks that use this equipment face Dept of Justice problems from not meeting current requirements for ADA.. The company is a nightmare, a horrible place to work, expects employees to lie to clients (not just bend but actively deceive).



Think twice before buying the new generation of equipment and instead look at Diebold or NCR.
