This place seems nice at first.......they soaked my feet for 15 min before they started the pedicure, and then she spent more time massaging my calves than focusing in scrubbing my heels. When I asked for a fancy design I got one big ugly neon green flower!?!? I'm 33 so thats not cute on me at all. Then the icing on the cake......my $45.00 pedicure polish started to chip 5 days later!!! I would highly recommend you go somewhere else!!

I am writing this review based on only 1 visit to this salon for a pedicure. Ultimately, I did end up with a good pedicure and that is the most important thing, but, the great reviews I had read prior to my appointment led me to believe I would have a much better experience than I had. PROS: They were able to fit me in on the same day I called for an appointment (a Saturday afternoon). The pedicure chairs were nice and have back massage features. The pedicure prices were very reasonable. My pedicure looked good... and several days later it still looks good. CONS: I felt like a number - the service did not feel personal at all. It was noisy and they have at least 8 big pedicure chairs in one crowded room - a room where people are constantly passing through and walking around. The nail polish selections were somewhat limited. Overall, a nice pedicure but I just didn't feel pampered - which for me is an essential part of the pedicure experience.

I found this nail salon on SP.com and I tried two weeks ago. I took my daughter with me to get manicures/pedicures. The service was excellent. We had 3 ladies working on us at the same time and they kept us laughing the whole time. I have been in many other nail salons and most of the times the personnel was rude and careless, I can not say that of this place. I will go back for sure. My nails looked great, the best job ever! The owner was on site and she could not be more attentive and nice. Finally I found a place with great service and super customer service. Thank you Perfect Nails!

Best staff and customer service. Offers a variety of indulgences. Very popular, always busy and guarantee their work. Linh, the owner, is the best! She makes you feel like a goddess. This is beyond the best place to get services.

I was going somewhere else and needed a fill before a trip I was taking. My regular place wasn't available. I called Perfect Nails and now I am a customer for life. They do a wonderful job, people are friendly and I leave really loving the way my nails look and feel. I refer people to Perfect Nails all the time now.

I've been to other nail salons and the mani/pedi never seems to last as long as Perfect Nails. This is my fave spot for a spa pedicure! The owner and operator, Lynn, is usually on site. I normally walk-in without an appointment. There are plenty of talented staff to help!

This is a great place to get your nails done. They are fast, friendly, and do a great job!
