I went to get my hair 'trimmed' today at this Supercuts. Bobbie completely ruined my hair. I told her exactly what I needed to have trimmed - and even what NOT to trim. She hacked everything. It's awful! Everything was chopped up and uneven. I had to go to another place (a REAL salon) to have Bobbie's mess fixed. I would never know that she has received any type of training to cut hair. I don't think she was even LISTENING to what I was telling her. I started crying I was so upset. She would not stop. She could SEE I was upset but kept hacking and chopping away. Now there is hardly anything left after I had to go for ANOTHER trim somewhere else. It is completely unfeminine now. Awful. I'm so upset. DO NOT GO TO BOBBIE. I have never had such a horrible experience with my hair in my life. I think shaving it completely would make it look better than it looked when I walked out of the store.

Please - spend a little bit more money and go somewhere else! Get your money's worth! You get what you pay for! Beware!
