Abels, Copperas Cove. 547-6087. Had a dryer vent that went into the wall & up, thru the attic, out on the roof. We have had problems with this design since we bought the house 10 months ago. Always had to run dryer 3-4 times over to get clothes dry. Got everything out, PLUS fixed the problem, with a new connector. We wanted the problem FIXED, not just clear the duct. THEY DID IT ! WOW, clothes are dry in a snap, even heavy towels & bedding !!

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! Called and the lady just answers with hello , I asked is the the chimney cleaning and said yes like I was stupid . She sounded like she was half paying attention After telling her I wanted a estimate for cleaning and some repairs she said can you just email pictures of your fireplace with the contact info and we will get back to you . I did so right away but after days went by and didn't hear back I call an AGAIN she just answers with hello and the sounded annoyed when I asked if their wat chimney place . I told her I call days earlier but heard nothing back she said asked for the email address I use and my number and told me she would look for my email and call me back . Days later and I haven't heard back from her . SO I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH ANOTHER CHIMNEY CLEANING SERVICE AND THAY CALLED ME BACK WITHIN A FEW HOURS AND GAVE ME A APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY

Great workmanship, were flexible on the time when I had something come up and provided great information (safety and usage) without trying to "sell" other unnecessary services.

Very nice guys, professional and completed the job quickly. I'll definitely use these guys again!

Scheduled us a week out. No problem there, but then wait till the day they are supposed to come to tell use they won't be showing up and will have to schedule us out a couple more weeks. I asked "Wouldn't you be adjusting your schedule, to fit us in, in the nest day or so?" She says "No its easier to just remove one person from the schedule." Thanks Top Hat that's a week I could have been looking for someone else that you kept me on the line! Just UN-professional!!
