I also conduct a baseline test of strength, agility and endurance so you can monitor your progress and improvements to strength and performance. The strength and power program is specifically designed based on an individuals wants and needs. The program will be tailored to each individuals specific sport. Powerlifting Services: Powerlifting is a regimen that consists of getting stronger on three main lifts; the squat, the bench and the deadlift. Even though the sport consists of only 3 lifts, the need for proper mobility and flexibility along with proper periodization is paramount to success in the sport even if you never plan to compete.
