Copperas Cove Jr. High School offers several computers that support the curriculum enrichment, including Word processing and Internet research. Its software offers a variety of learning tools, such as tutorials, drills and mastery tests in science, math, reading and language arts. The school s library offers more than 14,000 books, magazines, database and various multimedia. It also offers accelerated reading quizzes for more than 4500 books in the collection. Located in Copperas Cove, Texas, the school operates a historian club that participates in activities, such as exhibits, state conventions, fundraising, contests and field trips. Additionally, the school consists of teams in several sports that include basketball, soccer, track, swimming, tennis, golf and football.
