JR Rentals & Property Management is number one choice to manage our property!
Mr. Robert Herring was patient and extremely helpful in all phases of the purchase of both of our houses. He communicated with my while stationed in Germany prior to relocate to Fort Hood, TX area. He ensured we had a clear understanding prior to arrival to Fort Hood, TX. We had the best experience working with Mr. Robert Herring, he was very patient with us while searching for the perfect home. He was with us through every phase of the process both times (2000 and 2009). He worked well together with the Mortgage consultant and clarified anything my wife and I did not understand when purchasing our homes. He was very easy-going with us while searching for the perfect home and no matter how many questions we had, he was able to relate a military analogy for us to better understand the sequence of events and procedures. After working with him, he was the standard for a realtor I used to compared him to others realtors when we PCS’d to different locations. I highly recommend placing your property with JR Rentals. I’ve had my properties with them for over 10 years and could not be more satisfied. During this time my properties stay rented with very little vacancy. It feels good knowing that my properties are in good hand with JR Rentals and I don’t have to worry about getting involved with tenant headaches. I get my check electronically deposited in my account in a timely manner. If you’re looking to rent or need a great property manager go to JR Rentals. You won’t regret it!!

I agree with Motorcop28. This is one of the most unprofessional rental agencies around. We made the mistake of renting through them. The house was a nice house with many needed repairs. Ceiling fans broken, refrigerator broken (retaining bars in door for holding milk, sodas, etc.), supports for outside patio cover broken, doors not hung properly, molding poorly done, no screens on windows, fence broken,yet they took our pet deposit even though the animal could not be kept in yard, plumbing bad (toilets keep running), light fixtures would fall from walls when doors were closed. Many many more issues. I believe that this management company is robbing the owners repair escrow account. The owner was billed way too much for what little work has been done. Unnecessary replacements when a simple repair would do. Charging the owner over $700.00 for a single post and panel for a fence repair. We have no satisfaction when calling the management company to have this remedied. We get the run around, shifted from one person to another, no returned calls. The only repercussion we have to get attention is non payment, which got us a notice to vacate. This is complete professionalism at its peak.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Very poorly ran. Very slow in responding to maintenance requests. My lease ended 6 weeks ago on a house with them and I still am waiting for a refund of my damage deposit. State laws it must be returned in 6 weeks and when I call I get a sarcastic attitude telling me they have no paper work to pay me.

The most unprofessional and unreliable business

My family attempted to rent from this company twice and both times they let us down. The make promises about deadlines of having repairs and cleaning done and keep extending the deadlines over and over and they never get things done. They didn't even know who the electric company was in order to have power to clean the carpet. The final straw was when I went in for a fourth time to check the status of the unprepared rental home and the owner used more profanity than I've ever heard in about three minutes about how he swore he would have the property ready in two weeks. Well...I returned in two weeks and it was rented to someone else. My family and I waited a month and a half, patiently waiting for the repairs to be done only to have it rented to someone else. And to listen to the owner just two weeks prior curse like it was going out if style. Yet now to hear him chuckle about business is business and his arrogance about how the new tenants chose the property with no complaints about the major damage needing to be fixed. The best of luck getting those repairs done now that he's got your money.
