Mr.Boyd & his assistant Melissa are both very rude and unprofessional. He's never in his office and his assistant tells you to leave a message and she'll get the question answered for you and call you back but never does. He was a court appointed lawyer for my husband and in 3 weeks I still had not spoken with him at all. He doesn't return any phone calls and will even have his assistant say he's not in and will be sitting right there. I've had lawyers in the past some paid others paid and they would ALWAYS return my phone calls even after hours if that's when they were free so being busy or in court is not an excuse. I feel sorry for my husband that he has him as a lawyer I pray he's at least a decent lawyer in the court room but take my advice and find another lawyer you'll get nothing but a headache dealing with him. I'd give him zero stars if I could.
