I'm not used to dealing with local yocals and this company is one of those companies that Tom Peter, the management expert would have a field day with. It takes days and days for someone to get back to you to explain what you are paying for in the first place. I don't know how people like this offer services and get away with not performing. Perhaps my next step is the FCC, maybe they can step in and have someone look into this company. I am paying a monthly fee for services that no one can prove to me I am actually getting. It took 3 months to finally get a copy of my contract, which should have been given to me at the time of signing. Now I've called them and THEY can't find me on their site. I am still required to pay the monthly fee. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. First of all, if you were looking for a restaurant in Philadelphia, where I live, I would not look up Dexknows, I would look up restaurants. Why would anyone outside of Phoenix, where I lived for 4 months, even know the name of this company. I admit, I got sucked in by a friend. I normally don't make big mistakes, but I did here.
