This is the worst management company I have ever had an experience with. My apartment is infested with termites and the plumbing in the building is terrible. The toilet constantly clogs and the latest incident is that now my bathtub and the neighbors bathtub is over flowing with feces because of the plumbing. The AC units constantly need to be fixed. Mine has broken 3 times.The receptionist is a complete idiot. I have spoken to her numerous times and its almost as if she does not comprehend the severity of the situation. It is almost impossible to speak to the property manager because apparently every time I call, she is unavailable. I have been contacting Catalonia management since they took over in September of 2013 and the problems get progressively worse. It is so bad that I had to call and report the situation to the health department. Hopefully they get a fine or something maybe then they will wake up and do what they are supposed to do.
