If I could give it zero stars, I would. Let me first start by saying, I love fresh produce and watermelon is my personal favorite. You may find at your local grocer, prepackaged and precut watermelon which although may look like it has been freshly cut in store, was actually "packaged" at Choice Farms in Goral Gables. Now... this watermelon is ROCK HARD and SUGAR SWEET. (Not watermelon sweet...actually it tastes like straight sugar.) I can not say for certain, but it appears that their watermelon is altered and made to look ripe, but is certainly not.
I would love to know what Choice Farms (who by the way...apparently do not grow watermelon) have to say about their quality of produce. I wonder where they are actually getting it...
