Provided by YPmobileWhen my father was taken there by an ambulance after a car accident the terrible service we experience would never be forgotten. They did not want to touch him until they had insurance information. It took them over two hour to send him to xray services and 3 hours to receive pain medication after several requests. His ER room was dirty with the last patients blood. There were blood stains in the sink, garbage, floor, and counters. I felt unsafe standing there. The nurses when they opened up a packet they left the wrapper on the floor, tubues in his bed, blood stained disposable paper cloth on the floor and I had to pick them up myself. I brought Clorox wipes and wiped his bed to make give us an idea that he would be in a clean space.
