We can help spouses come to a Marital Settlement Agreement,which is a document that specifies the terms of the divorce ie: shared parental responsibility, time sharing, visitation, child support, division of marital assets and liabilities and any other matters of importance. We can formally draft the MSA document and our in-house attorney can file the documents in the court and attend your final hearing, at which time, the judge officially grants your divorce.
