Provided by YPmobileThis place is missing a great opportunity to be a landmark in CG. The service is not up to the standards. I came in and sat down outside but after 15 min I had to move inside. No one even noticed or care to go and talk to me. While inside, I had to wait 10 min in order to get a waiter come to my table. The restaurant had 5 customers including me and 2 waiters. I choose one of the lunch specials which I think is overpriced for the content of it. I also order a mango lazzy. The drink finally came in after I was half way into my plate. The main piece of my order was lamb but i only got to see 3 tiny peces smaller than 1 inch each deeped into a pool of salsa. The garlic nan was good but very much on the greesy side. Ambiansewise, this place seem to fit the profile of indian cusine but the video they were playing had an annoying sound with it. It was like one of the speakers on the room was messed up or vibrating out of wack. I felt a relief when I stepped out. Overall this is not lunch worth $23. Far from it.

Provided by YP.comThe food and service we terrible, and mediocre at best. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had a very upset stomach after, and it wasn't worth my time... in the least.

Provided by YP.comI went to Mint Leaf for the first time last week and was extremly satisfied by the delicious food and friendly service. Who cares about Maria (if she is still there) not speaking English. How dare to give such a bad review just because someone does not meet the man's language preference or immigration status. There is no other indian restaurant in Miami that will meet this fresh and tasty food they prerare. I give 5 thumbs up for them.

Provided by YP.comFifteen years ago I caught a late flight from Moscow to London. By the time I reached downtown it was two in the morning. Famished, I wandered over to Leicester Square figuring to find something still open. A local concierge sent me down a side street to a place named Woodlands where I first ate the amazing dessert shrikand. Having forgotten the name, I tried to find this place again and again as the years have passed....with no luck. Till now, and in my back yard no less. The Mint Leaf is the fifth restaurant in the Woodlands Group and the first outside the London Metropolitan area. It is truly great, ( for how long who knows for nothing in Miami can resist the slide into mediocrity ), it's kitchen even better than it's sibilings. In the USA, only Dawat in Manhattan, with Madjur Jaffrey reigning belongs in the same league. The rice, shrikand, dosas, and curries would create a following in Bombay, Dehli, or London. The tandoor breads, especially the savoury nans, are the best I have ever eaten. For three decades I've chased great Indian cooking around the world and I am confident one would have to cross an ocean to go to the next level above the Mint Leaf. This review is my outraged response to the one star pan I discoverd when I came online to look up the phone number; not to put too fine a point on it, I would risk eating at the Mint Leaf if they hired cannibals to serve me...excusing the pun. P.S. Order the shrikand, a rare pleasure.

Provided by YP.comThe poor service includes a waitresses that barely speaks english and is working there illegaly that means no working permit whatsoever Maria Gabriela should go back to Peru if she wants to work in a restaurant. The owner of the restaurant hired her knowing that she is here illegal.
Since when has the customer become an immigration officer.I have to only say we have all the papers provided and it shows u did not come to eat but to run down staff.Very poor taste in life to run fellow human beings down, see yourself in the mirror sometimes.
