This Title company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Their documents had several errors, misspellings, and incorrect data. Due to their incompetence, my closing was delayed 3 times. After closing was supposedly over, funds were not wired for 2 days after the closing and to top it off, they require a deposit hold of $500. They are not only expensive but incompetent and rude.
