I can vouch for all the reviews posted below me. He is a very mean person and he will charge you hundreds of dollars from your security deposit. Mr. Perkins will charge you for anything and everything. There was a hole in my ceiling caused from a leak from the unit above me. He brought in a fan to dry the wall. The fan ran for 24 hours and was kept at my place for 2-3 weeks. My electricity bill was sky high that month and he did not help me out on my electricity bill.



STAY AWAY FROM THOMAS PERKINS PROPERTIES!!!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience renting a Perkins Property apartment for a year (439 Sevilla). They are extremely rude to tenants and keep the buildings in poor condition. The unit I rented was infested with termites and they were not event willing to cover the price of a hotel while they exterminated the unit. They will nickle and dime you for every last penny on your deposit (which no one gets back in full), regardless of how immaculate you leave the unit (I had mine professionally cleaned and they fined my for a 'drity oven'). Search through Miami-Dade courts and you will find tons of small claims cases going back decades.
