Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE service and LAZY staff. I was told my wait time would be less than 1 hour. It was even printed out on my invoice as being less than 1 hour. At almost 3 hours of wait time, I decided to ask someone about the status of my vehicle (of which 2 of the 3 available employees looked at me and immediately "conveniently" decided to "act busy"), and lo and behold, my vehicle had been ready for a while with no one to bother to tell me. I went a couple days before this (note they did not do the job correctly the first time) and they left my doors UNLOCKED in the parking lot after they were finished before bothering to come and get me. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone.

Provided by YP.comThere is nothing that I can say positive about Sears. Their "Customer Service" is poor. I have a maintenance agreement protection plan which they did not honor. In addition, they scheduled repair of my refrigerator and I sat at my home on Thursday from 1-5pm. At 505PM they called to tell me the repair man could not come. Like my time isn't valuable too. Sears probably doesn' t pay overtime but why yet they do not schedule an after hours repair man. Their service is disgusting and getting worse by the minute. In a time, where customer service is so important. I have had enough!!!!!
