i got the appointment for 10:45am. I arrived at 10:30am the doors were closed. one of the employees, his name is Martin Gomez did not let me in although I felt very bad because the doors were supposed to open at 11:45am. He has a very bad manners and does not deserve to be working with hospital related.
I will complain to all levels in this prestigious hospital.
