HORRIBLE!!! Management.
They have rules that you don't know of until you are about to get in trouble for unknowingly breaking them. Any visitors that stay overnight, you have to ask for permission; however, you don't know this until your guest gets a warning sticker on their car.
Also, the property is dog friendly but, they will never bother to put bags in the trash stations. It's like your association fee goes to a management group full of shady, lazy and incompetent "individuals" (to not throughly insult them for what they are).

Great Property Management! Honestly I don't understand how someone could write such negative comments about such a professional and friendly staff This has been my property management company for many years and there has never been any issues with them.

I could honestly say that Puerta Del Sol has never been in such good condition in all of the years that we have lived here. This company alongside the Board Members have done a great job in taking care of the property. As far as the staff, always helpful and courteous.

This is probably one of the worst management company in Miami. The personnel in the office are a bunch of women who think they are the owners and totally forget that they are talking to the owners. The maintenance is horrible. ..what maintenance? ??? Call to complain, get your head chewed off.. the only thing they do is collected their money every month or that week you get a threat letter.
