I wanted to buy 5 gift cards at $500 each and both Bonnie and Phil were highly unprofessional. The phone rang to a cell phone that they passed around to each other. They did not understand that I was trying to get a quote and thought I was selling them something, so they decided to hang up on me. When I called back and they realized what happened, they didn't even apologize but rather yelled at me for expressing my disappointment that they hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!
