Ruined my beautiful outfit and wouldn't refund anything. I spent $80 cash to hem a pair of pants and shorten sleeves, and the heat from pressing destroyed the trim on the top and jacket. I can't wear the outfit and I can't shop for anything new at this late hour, now I can't attend the event. I am crushed.

I've been coming to Alice for over a year now and by far she's the best tailor in coral springs!

Best Tailor that I have ever met!

I recently moved to Coral Springs and was looking for a good tailor. My neighbor recommended Alice s Alterations; apparently almost everyone in my subdivision is her client. She did a great job on my coat and my wife s dress. Alice was very pleasant, professional, caring and told us that customer satisfaction is her #1 priority. My wife and I are very glad that we have found Alice; I really don t understand how anyone can say something negative about her. I recommended her to my brother who lives in Miami and anyone else that is looking for an honest, pleasant and an expert Tailor.Thank you Alice, will be back to see you very soon!

I won't be going back. I brought in a dress to be hemmed and Alice was super nice and friendly. When I came back a week later to pick up the dress the hem was very sloppy with thread hanging out in several places. When I pointed it out to Alice she said that the lady who pressed the dress forgot to cut the extra thread. I told Alice i was very unhappy with the job and that besides the threads hanging out the hem itself looked very unprofessional. I told Alice that I would not be returning to her business and she replied "ok". As I was leaving she asked me what I wanted her to do. Alice, what I want you to do is care about the quality of your work and care about keeping customers.

I picked up my suite from a local alteration shop last week, which was an absolute disaster. Waited 6 days for the repair & the suite was not altered correctly (The taylor was making all kinds of stories). I went to Alice through referral from a friend, she was very kind, polite & friendly. She took care of my suite in one day & I am very pleased with the repair. Thank you Alice, you have gained a lifetime customer
