What a joke

First off I basically received a gel polish instead of a gel manicure in which that's what I paid for. You walk in and the music is like a club instead of a salon the girls are ghetto and their work is not good. They use opi without opi light polish lasted maybe 3 days and started to peal. This place will never see me again

I first found out about this place when they followed me on instagram. They advertise all they're services and prices, which are pretty good actually. I made an appointment, got a gel/Mani & pedi combo and mink silk lashes. The girl who did my lashes and manicure did a great job. I loved the lashes especially. My rating is not for the service that day ( even though the pedicure was HORRIBLE) , but because of what happened after. They advertise on their site $95 for mink silk lashes, $55 for fill. They say lasts up to a month. Well two weeks later I have less than half of my lashes, i never wore mascara, no oily substances, never rubbed my eyes etc. I personally didn't blame the lady who applied them, just figured it was my natural lash cycle that dropped them, anyways, I attempted to make an appointment to fill. When I did so she tells me BTW the lash fill STARTS at $55. I expressed my disappointment in this to her because I think it is unfair to advertise a $55 fill, and then later say STARTING at $55, the wording is tricky & makes a big difference. I fully intended on keeping a 2-3 week regimen with her, so I think she at least should have honored the initial $55 fill as advertised, I could understand if I came back one month later (even tho they said up to a month, and $55 to fill) but I came back in a measley 2 weeks and she had the nerve to tell me that I'm lucky that I was even getting it for $95 BC everyone else charges $300 and she does beautiful work, that I need to look up prices for mink silk lashes on the internet etc. Its not my fault that I am simply a customer that paid an advertised price , if she thinks she is underpaid for her services and she is so unhappy she should go to a place that has clientele that can afford $600 a month on lashes because I am just a normal hard working customer with a monthly budget just like many others that frequent the business. A customer should never be told they're lucky the business is doing a service for them, the business is lucky the customer is choosing them to do the service. I think its a joke that the owner states on here 100% satisfaction guaranteed when they could give 0 fuxxs about keeping the customer satisfied. But what do I know? I'm just lucky she was willing to do my lashes in the first place.

I love this place! My first visit I got a mani/pedi which lasted a little over two weeks!! NO GEL. I was shocked....for an active working mother. My second visit I got the same and added eyelash extensions!! They are amazing! For example, when I got home my husband said," You look beautiful ....what did you do?? Haha...They are so natural looking. Amazingly does wonders for the appearance. I will definitely be returning to get pampered again at Angelic nails. Thank you so much to Lad and staff.

When I arrived for a pedicure and microdermabrasion, owner Lad directed me to her nail technician to start with the pedicure and then noticed the Groupon in my hand and said, "Wait a minute, is that a coupon your holding?" I told her it was my Groupon for the microdermabrasion at which point she became unprofessionally loud and disturbed stating that she would not honor any Groupons and for me to return my deal it to Groupon. She also said "It's Friday and I don't give deals on weekends." (Aren't weekends still just Saturdays and Sundays?) I was taken aback by her sudden unearned hostility and lack of professionalism and calmly told her I would notify Groupon of the situation and ask for a refund and left. As I drove away, I had a better understanding of why her salon was empty.
