I have been bringing my watches and jewelry to Antonio’s for repairs since they opened, they are the only place I would go to, the service is amazing, very reasonably priced and i always leave with a smile. Beautiful selection of jewelry to choose from and the ladies are so helpful in picking out the perfect piece when i’m looking for presents

Ok, so I called the Watch Clinic to find out the cost to replace a battery in my Movado. I was told it was $20 however when I walked into the store I explained that I would like the battery to be replaced on my Movado but was then quoted a new price of $25. I asked her why I was told $20 on the phone then $25 when I walked in and she had no explanation. She then stated that she will do it for $20. I just had to write this review because I would like to warn people that these jewelers are not to be trusted. Please be careful.

Do NOT ever do business with these people. Took two rings in to have them reset and they ruined both of them. They put the crappiest garbage quality emeralds into my engagement ring and then made a new white gold setting for another ring which is complete and utter junk. I could've gotten something nicer out of a gumball machine. Not only was it out of round and had sharp pieces of extra scrap gold sticking up but it BROKE IN LESS THAN 48hrs!!! I went in to get my money back and they started arguing and yelling that they don't have my money, the jewelry guy who did the work has it and he's on vacation until next week. They refused to give me my money back and insist that I come back next week to talk to the jewelry guy so he can "fix." The guy has already proven that he does crappy work, why would I want him to "fix" I want my money back. Save yourself the time and stress and go to a reputable jeweler.
