(Update)...took my iPhone 6 back a second time because after the first time of it not working and they accused me of dropping it, the screen stopped working AGAIN. This time when the screen stopped working, I refused to take it back to them. I took the phone to another cell phone fixing shop and they SHOWED me where a plate on the inside of the phone was missing, as well as 2 screws on the inside, and one of the screws by the charging port was missing. Therefore, it's safe to say that this business STEALS iPhone parts and can't be trusted. The phone is totally busted and I ended up paying $385 for a brand new phone when the only thing that was originally wrong with it was a crack on the screen that was less than an inch long. I wish I could post pictures on here

Worst experience I have ever had.Took my computer in to get the hard drive replaced. Ended up going 4 times because they would screw up something different each time now I'm left with a computer that is semi fixed and my HDMI port doesn't work. Ended up telling me to fix it because they have no HDMI wires and noting to test it on.Don't go to Antonio wireless they are unequipped to handle computers and lack experience. I agree with the others I wish I could give them 0 star's 1 is too good for them.

On top of everything the owner walked out of the store and left both times I went to negotiate a deal with him, first time for the upcharge after he told me $80 via text, which I wish I could share a screen shot of with you. Also called me a "liar" saying I'm leaving out information, basically saying I dropped it and broke it.



Employee also gave a terrible description...



"If I'm sitting here and cut myself I will bleed, but if I sit here and don't cut myself I will not bleed."



I replied "I dropped my phone and it was "bleeding" / broken... You "stitch it"/ fix it and it's ok, but if you do a terrible job stitching it, it can bleed regardless."



He knew I won the argument and stayed quiet.



All in all this owner has HORRENDOUS customer service. I advise anybody who even thinks of stepping foot in here to avoid it at all cost. They are lying thieves and will do anything to get over you.



TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STAFF.

Texted the owner for a price on fixing just the screen on a iPhone 6S since my LCD was completely fine, and he told me $80. So trying to save money I took the drive 40 minutes out. When I get there he tells me it will take an hour so to come back, after I returned to the store from lunch he said he "didn't know" it was a 6S and he had to charge me $120, already furious and late for work I told him to do it since I already made the drive. SAID CASH ONLY!!! (Should have known not to do that). After fixing the phone I rushed out to make it to work on time. From work I noticed the screen was incorrectly placed and the right side was coming all the way up/off (Could see LCD light under screen) which caused LCD to break. I immediately texted the owner saying the screen was placed incorrectly and I would come back after my trip to Mexico which I was leaving to the next morning so I couldn't bring the phone in. Brought it 6 days after they fixed it, NOT EVEN A WEEK. Said he wouldn't fix it.

If I could rate this company a 0 on here I would. Dont go here even if they're going to charge you less your better off going somewhere else. Fixed my screen had two bubbles in it, after 2 days my screen went blank couldnt see anything went to the store and they refuse to fix it . So basically they wont guarantee they will fix it even if it was their fault ! ridiculous.DONT GO HERE . ONTOP OF EVERYTHING THEY CALLED ME A LIAR .
