It amazes me that this shop remains open.The customer service is an oxymoron.

I always try to patronize local business whenever possible however after several attempts to allow this shop to assist me with parts purchases it is no suprise that whenever I visited the shop no matter what time of day or day of visit there werent any customers . The sales rep tried selling me all sorts of things without any encouragement from me however when inquiring about parts that were not already on the shelf at the shop, no assistance would be available ie;"that would be a special order and we dont do that"

The management is rude at very best, and exibited no interest in earning my business.Avoid this shop like the plague.

Great bike store they can fix anything
