When can I have it my way

Don't get me wrong--I am not a selfish person, but i do get miffed when I can't have things my way when that is what I am promised. Every single visit I make to b.k. goes like this in the drive-thru: "May I have a #2 no cheese, extra onions, and a diet Coke please." I always swear I'm going to check the order before I leave, but I don't because I think it just might be my lucky day. I would say that 80% of the time they put the cheese on, or completely forget the onions, or there is cheese with only 1 onion or no cheese and no onion s. I can never have it my way. Either the corporation hires incompetents who have hearing problems, or don't know how to read the buttons on there order machine, or maybe the drive up speakers don't work. Whatever the case I can't wait to have it my way.
