Coral Springs Middle School provides education to students in grades six through eight. The school has a media center that offers a collection of atlases, dictionaries and encyclopedias, as well as puzzles, quiz books and resources for students and teachers. Its athletics department offers several sports activities, including basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, football, soccer, softball, and track and field. Coral Springs Middle School offers classes in English, mathematics, science, social studies, language arts, music and physical education. The school provides membership for various clubs, such as book, chess, drama, engineering, math, multicultural and poetry. Located in Coral Springs, Fla., it is a part of Broward County Public Schools. In addition, Coral Springs Middle School publishes a monthly newsletter.
