This Company is a total Rip Off. My son in Law paid $7800.00 for a job which could have saved him over $3000.00. Little did I know that my son in law was taken advantage off because of an Emergency. I just found out through another Plumbing Company that the job they did was not done the correct way and was way out of Line on their Repair Bill. What has happened the Plumber rerouted a Water Pipe outside their Estate Home which should never happened unless the Plumber didn't know how to do his job and wanted an easy way out. Little did we know; therefore anybody reading my review please be careful and DON"T USE THIS COMPANY. This company will be reported to the BBB.

Total rip off!!! Charged $475 to snake a drain. Took twenty minutes after telling my wife it would be a "difficult job". Then became rude when asked about the charge. DO NOT give this business your money.

TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I paid $450 to have the "slab leak experts" come out and find the leak I was having in my water service line from the street. Now granted that $450 could be used towards repairs which were obviously needed, but hell if I could get them to come out and fix the problem. All they could do is refer me to a second company to get another option. What a total joke! I ended up having another gentlemen from another company come out and told me that the best thing to do was to just replace the water service all together, didn't matter where the leak was. In one afternoon I had the problem fixed by two gentlemen. Needless to say the BBB has received my complaint. I feel like this joke of a company should refund me the difference for the leak detection service call and a standard service call because they didn't fulfill their duties as a business. Need a plumber? I have a great recommendation that isn't these guys.

I would strongly advise against the use of this company. The plumbers that come out to do the work are not employees. The rates are very high, which I failed to discover until it was too late. The owner is rude. They do not return things to the way they were before they started, such as my water meter box is now 8 inches above ground and heavily slanted, without the cover getting replaced to cover the meter.

Be careful if you use them. I told the service man ther was dripping water in a bathroom wall, and the sound of running water in the shower. Electric testing confirmed the leak in the bathroom, but he never tested the drywall on the other wall, said that it was just an echo of the leak in the shower. Gave us an estimate of $6500, and said it would take 3 days to repair. When my husband told he we needed to get more estimates, he instantly dropped the price to $4,500, IF he could complete it in 2 days. I called a company with an A on Angie's list. He also found the leak in the shower, but said there was definitely water in the drywall. When he cut into the drywall there was a leaking connection exactly where we were hearing the noise, and water had accumulated in the wall. Steve gave us an estimate of $1,800, and completed the work in 8 hours. Despite the complexity of the job, he honored the estimate he had given A truely honorable company, unlike Dattile and Sons

We had a slab leak and the previous plumber could not figure it out. We called Dattile & Sons Plumbing and Keith came out. He found the leak right away. he knew where to open the wall and fixed the leak. Clean and professional.

Was advised by Christina that their service charge was $29.00 to come out. Once there they'd diagnose the problem and provide a qoute to make the repair. Our tenant had informed us that there was water on the tiled kitchen floor and the carpeted living room floor. Once there the tenant advised that they were there for less than 10 minutes and said that it was the refridgerator pan that was too full and leaking. She advised that the plumber did not show her the pan overflowing nor emptied it, but made her pay $85.00, as opposed to my paying Christina (tenant doesn't pay for repairs). The tenant advised that she does not feel that the problem is the fridge pan, as plumber turn off water to fridge, but water is still accumulating. Called Christina to voice my concerns and was told that the plumbers not supposed to touch appliances, so it wasn't his job to empty pan. The plumber did touch the fridge, he pulled it out and disconnected it, he should have just emptied the pan if that was his diagnosis. Tenant wants someone else to come out to fix the problem. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, a Waste of your hard earned $$ !!!!
