We have been using Hyde's since our first re-screening in 2004 after the tropical storms that year. Since, they have also detached the enclosure when a new roof was being put on which also included new super gutter and did a modification to the structure when when put an addition on. Hyde's has always been timely, reasonable and done a thorough professional job. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Will not come back after job is complete and they get paid. We have called many times to fix a problem on new bird cage. They continually promise to show up but never do. Do not use this company. Not only was their work of poor quality but worse they refuse to fix the problem. I am so sorry I used Hydes.

I reported them to the BBB. I had a terrible experience. The level of professionalism was not what I would expect from company that has been around as long as this one.

Horrible customer service, and business ethics. Ordered my (small)patio in early February. This early June (four months later) my patio was done behind my back, with no call to me the client that installation was going to commence. This might I tell you was after I had asked to cancel the contract a week prior. Coincidence I think so. When I called to complain I was given every excuse in the book. Wouldn't use them again nor recommend them to anyone!

One of the most I'll mannered work force in this business. Not only bad and careless piece of work but rude and filthy vocabulary. I wouldn't feel safe to let their screening guy do the work when women are by themselves. This is serious...This guy tells a young lady, to show it up your a.. when she points out an improper work. There are 100s of screening companies around be safe and find respectful people some place else.

We are very happy with this company. They came out within a few hours of us calling them, repaired the door quickly and efficiently, and the price was reasonable. We would definitely call them again.
