Tina is an awesome hair stylist. I have been going here for 3 years, love them.

My review:(1) major front desk problems;too busy talking to even know if someone walks in or is too busy talking when someone approaches the desk for any reason.;

I went twice to this salon just to be sure I had not imagined

my first experience ; my haircut was exactly what I told them I did not want;got color and highlights; both time color was left on so long I though my scalp was burning; highlights:there was a large area between the highlight and my scalp. The biggest complaint is customer service: so much talking that appointments taketoo long,hairdresser does not listen(too busy talking to everyone that walks by,most of the people that work there(not all) look like they just came in from a rodeo and act as though really do not want to be there;(that I can understand) The bottom line: people that go there are expecting some professionalism and minimal customer service..and when they have a complain they do not want excuses or to hear

the excuse is all about the operator's personal problemsCustomers should be respected and if there is a problem do not make excuses;FIX THE PROBLEM. This place needs a major intervention in how to run a business as well as a lesson in customer service really is.I will never go back.
