I have know Joy Fedelim both professionaly and personally for over 10 years. In that period of time Joy has revamped my entire insurance portfolio. When I first came to her, my policies were loaded down with all sorts of garbage extras and Joy told me that the goal was to spend the least amount of money possible...well, mission accomplished. I have more coverage for the important things and send less. I have refered many of my friends and family over to Joy and if you were smart, you'd do the same.

I wish there were negative stars because Joy Fedelim does not deserve even 1 star.I was a customer or joy fedelim not any more. I had a policy with state farm under my moms name I wanted to switch to my own and told joy the only way I would switch is if she kept everything the same on the policy and the price stayed the same. She got back to me and said everything is the same and she even got it 3 dollars cheaper for me. So I thought everything was good until I got in an accident and found out the only thing she gave me was liability. So I had full coverage for 80$ a month with state farm and switched to all state and paid $77 a month and to her that made perfect sense. I had no problem with allstate and still dont but I would recommend everyone to stay clear of Joy Fedelim, she is a liar, and a con artist that will do anything to make her money even scam an innocent family man out of his hard earned money. I switched to USAA, like I said I have nothing against all state but Joy definately gives all state a bad name just by association. I even cancelled their road side assistance program just because I wanted nothing to due with allstate due to the work of Joy.

I switched to Allstate after State Farm (boo) dropped Florida homeowners insurance. I contacted my State Farm agent's office two weeks prior to my automatic payment deduction and told them to cancel my account as I paid Allstate in full. They did not care and by putting through my deduction I was overdrawn. Despite their mistake they did not reimburse me for their error. Joy could have said "sorry not my problem" but said "Sorry, let me make it up to you."



She has earned our loyalty and deserves your business. Call her today. She got us better coverage for less money!!
