I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! I will take my time and post this and even will report this business to Better Business Bureau!!! On July 5th 2016, which is yesterday a person named Ken who claimed to be owner of the business arrived at my place at 10:15am and said that it would be $146 instead of $108 which im told on the phone and i said no, then he said since i am here i'll make it $129, if we didnt leave out the town this weekend which is in 4days i would not say yes to do it, but i have a 9 month old baby girl who is crawling on the carpets at all times i didn't want to wait! First of all after the price issue, he was rude, he even said its like a Grand central station here bc my mom went to the kitchen, we had to stay at the balcony with my husband, mom and my 9 month old baby while it is 95F• outside!!then he tells me that noone can walk around for an hour and it will take 6hours to dry!you were supposed to let us know be4 we hired you!I had people coming over,had to cancel!

This is the worst carpet cleaning job I have ever seen, the carpet is the same after he left. He charges more than the deal he advertise..and was very short with me when I told him how dissatisfied I was.now I have to get someone else to clean my carpet again and pay again. I wish if I had done more research and saw these reviews i would have never use this person. I felt like I got robbed. ����This business cannot go very far, this man is wicked...

PLEASE BE WARNED... BE AWARE. Ken is unprofessional, rude, has obvious anger/violent tenancies and is threatening. After purchasing a LS voucher, I was completely scammed by KEN - overcharged for just "deep cleaning soap" etc. He did not hold to the 3-room clean like was purchased. When I questioned the add'l costs, Ken was threatening and shockingly rude with name calling, cursing, etc. He continued to harass me with "no caller ID" phone calls. DO NOT USE KEN'S CARPET & TILE CLEANING OR A-KEN'S CARPET CLEANING... HE IS NOT LEGIT, ETC.

I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing my Living Social coupon. I had the same experience. Purchased the Living Social coupon for two rooms of carpet cleaning. When he arrived, he said that one of the carpets needed "deep cleaning" and would be $80 more. It took him VERY LITTLE time to do this deep cleaning...SCAM. Reporting him on Angie's List as well.

This "company" is a total scam! Ken is not only a thief but a supremely RUDE individual. He came to clean my sofa with the knowledge I had a living social voucher. When he arrived he told me my sofa needed a "deep cleaning" which would cost extra. I agreed to pay him (foolishly) since I really wanted my sofa cleaned up. I realize now that it is a total scam, especially after reading other reviews of people who experienced the same thing. (Not to mention he did a mediocre job on the sofa). I wrote him a check and he told me he would stamp it with his "company" stamp. (I use company in quotes because after researching his "company", it is not an actual registered company). I checked my bank account the next day and he wrote my check to a random woman, not his "company". Seeing that checks have your banking info on them, I needed to know who this person was that it was given to. I call Ken and inquire about the check and the reasons why the voucher did not cover the service and he proceeded to tell me it was NONE OF MY BUSINESS and that I am OUT OF LINE for calling him. He threw in some cursing at me and I ended up hanging up on him because I could not believe I was being spoken to that way. He then called me back and left me a voicemail THREATENING to "HAVE ME ARRESTED" if I called him again "HARASSING" him. He also let me know that he would "SEE ME IN COURT" if I slandered him online. Well, Its not slander if its true. Stay far away from this scum bag.

I purchased a Living Social coupon for $40 and called to confirm that the 3 rooms I needed cleaned would be covered by the coupon.



When he arrived, he told me that it needed to be "DEEP CLEANED" and informed me that my coupon wouldn't cover it. He ended up charging me $180 and was finished in under 40 min.



He is unprofessional and a scam artist.



DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE.

Avoid it!! he's rude and unprofessional and wanted to charge me 150 dollars more because the carpet was according to him very dirty. Avoid this guy. its a ripoff!! I had 2 bedrooms and he cleaned everything in 20 25min!! Just avoid this scam!!

A ripoff! I purchased a deal through living social for carpet cleaning up to 4 rooms for 45 dollars. As soon as he walked in he said it would be 129.00. I asked him if it was on top of what I had paid and he said yes because I had pets. I told him no and he said he would give me a discount since he was already here. He brought it down to 70.00. I told him no since I realized he was just trying to scam me. He was extremely unprofessional. He got so mad me walked out and slammed my front door. I am disgusted by this individual. Terrible customer service and even worse manners.
