First and foremost I would love to thank the staff and Miss Alex for the generosity and the professionalism they showed when I was getting my treatment for velashape. The results with the velashape was amazing. The goal was to lose back and stomach fat and I must say the results were phenomenal. It was worth what I paid. I will get Vela on my thighs because the results were that amazing. Alex was very nice always made sure everything was to my satisfaction which it was. Thank you very very very much.

I bought a Groupon voucher in Monday. Made my appointment on Tuesday for Thursday afternoon as verbally directed (called number on voucher, was asked to send information of name, email date and time of desired appointment via text message). Last text message received from establishment reads "ok Thursday at 6:00pm" My reply "great! Thursday at 6 works for me". It is. Ow Thursday, I was on my way to my appointment after organizing my workload at the office to find out the technician did not book my appointment establishment failed to let me know. When I question this matter, technician's response: you replied to my text too late. Her text was sent at 4:00pm on Tuesday while mine was sent at 4;01pm one minute after!!!!! Too late? Really? Is her time more precious than mine who is the costumer? While on the phone today Thursday day of appointment I was told she would not discuss how she arranges appointments. That she did not say OK at the end of conversation. Last worlds from lady tech: you can reschedule if you want (add attitude in the tone) or just leave it. Leave what? My money? How rude! It is beyond rude, does she think we are in a third world country where customer rights are neglected? No! Just because I scheduled with a Groupon does not mean my time and money are worthless. Rude, unprofessional and uncaring services.
