Agreed, initial reviews were faked (hint, even a reputable company wouldn't have all 5* reviews submitted at the same time.) Look at their yelp reviews, their many, many official complaints via BBB and Dept of Agriculture. These people are disgusting.

they are the worst. When asked about insurance they claimed that I shorted them $12 (obviously untrue because they were holding my stuff hostage until I paid them in cash) and thus they were not liable for everything they destroyed.

They are DEFINITELY faked- if you look at the BBB, they have 32!! recent complaints and the BBB revoked association (32 complaints is nearly impossible, good job Move It USA!) They also have 11 complaints with the Dept of Agriculture. They are a SCAM company, not a real company.

You are correct- the reviews are definitely fake. The mover tried to blackmail my mother for cash after having prepaid (common) but when I showed up to bring them cash, they actually assaulted me and the police were called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, do your research.

I'm not sure, but I believe all the reviews on here may be fake. Check out Google and other reviews for the truth. I booked a move with this company, paid my deposit, and they never showed up! Despite many phone calls and emails, they never refunded my deposit. They are a scam! Do not book with this company, and if you already have and have been scammed like me, submit a claim for Scams/Rip-offs with the Federal Trade Commission at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1.

Thanks to Steve and his helpers for showing up on time for the pickup and for the timely drop off as well. They checked all the boxes before loading and unpacked few boxes and packed again for the sake of the safety. I should have hired Move it USA for the packing as well. However, nothing was damaged or broken because of their great effort and we moved to Louisiana without any unwanted issues. It was a very decent performance by Move it USA.

After my daughter asked me to move to Jonesboro, AR, I couldn’t really say no as she totally needed my help. She hired Move It USA to move all my stuffs to her house. I had already given a lot of my stuffs to charity so I didn’t really have a lot of things. Nevertheless, the men from Move It USA were very careful while packing my belongings. I couldn’t let go of my china collection that my husband loved and asked the movers to be extra careful with them. They wrapped every piece of china perfectly in paper and bubble wraps. All my furniture and boxes were loaded into their vans and we were off to Arkansas. I am very satisfied with the services provided and my daughter informed me that they charged very reasonably as well.

When I moved to Miami from San Francisco 3 years ago, the moving company I hired was an absolute disaster. They ripped me off big time. So this time when I had to move back to California, I wasn’t going to hire inexperienced movers. I hired Move it USA for their reputation and they really delivered what was promised. They didn’t charge me astronomically and even there were no hidden costs at the end of the move. They were punctual, both on the moving day and for the delivery. My stuffs have traveled so well that only a bowl cracked in half for this journey. I am very satisfied with the overall performance of this company.

I am really thankful to the entire moving team of Move it USA. They were my moving partner when I moved to SD from FL just 3 weeks ago. When I was looking for a good moving company, my cousin told me about Move it USA. So, I called them for a quote and the asking price seemed to be very reasonable. The sales guy Derek managed to organize my entire move perfectly and also accommodated the date I wanted to move. Their team of 5 arrived on time lead by Steve, showed great skills during packing, managed the loading nicely and moved my stuffs within the allotted time. The unloading was very smooth and fast. They also helped us setting up the furniture. In short, the job was accomplished a lot better than what I was looking for.

After all the research it was nice to find a trusted and experienced moving company to move me from FL to RI. During my research all of the other moving company’s estimates were too high; Move it USA was the only company with an affordable price. Once the workers came to my house to move me they packed all of my belongings for me with no additional charges. The price I was quoted on the phone did not change. Their crew was very professional and worked very quickly, they were in and out. I just want to thank Move it USA for the wonderful experience they provided me with my move.

I can’t express how enchanted I am with the guys at Move it USA. We had a last minute and fairly urgent move and Steve and his troop were honest, realistic with what needed to be done and were keen to do the job with perfection. Just not a regular mover, Move it USA is mind-blowing one. They were very friendly with my family members and very kind to belongings. I liked their loading style which was clearly visible that it would keep my things safe. During the entire work they were not disturbed with my kids’ numerous queries. They stored the belongings in my new place at Houston, TX with same care. I liked their attitude.

Move it USA helped us move our apartment a couple of days ago. They said they'll come between 8-10AM and they arrived on 8AM sharp! We took the option of packing and moving and they did a really great job: First, nothing broke very delicate stuff that I'm sure that if I would handle it - some pieces would break for sure. Second, they worked really fast and efficient! Third, they were very nice. I think that it's worth to pay a couple of hundred bucks more, and have the apartment packaging done by them. I will definitely recommend for all my friends!

I hired Move it USA to help me move my 2 bedroom apartment. This company is awesome. They arrived to my place on time and started working right away. I don't know how they did it but it took them way less time than I expected to pack all my stuff and put it on the truck. We used Move it USA for our move FL to NY. This was my first experience with hiring movers and I was anxious after hearing endless horror stories from friends and co-workers. When I called them and asked for the quote, I told the sales guy (Chris) that they have to complete my move within just 4 days. Florida to Tennessee in 4 days was quite a task especially when they had so many things to deal with. But these guys showed the courage to step up. It was a race against time. They had to work really fast which they did but they never compromised the quality over speed. Surprisingly they met the deadline and also made sure that none of my belongings gets harmed during the move and also kept the moving cost within the estimate. I do not know if they are magicians or not, all I know that I got the best movers and I will be using them whenever I need moving services.
