Payal Anand DDS misdiagnosed my pain on 7/16/13 and had a root canal erroneously performed on tooth#14, 7/17, by a "traveling root canal guy" when indeed the pain never subsided for three weeks prompting me to go to another dentist and he identified the pain was from a cavity in tooth #12! Anand then proceeded to fraudulently bill my insurance company for over $1,920.00, as well as putting through a $500.00 charge to my Amex acct. which was supposed to be for future work ie:bridge. I severed the relationship on 7/22. She won't take calls and they screen incoming phone #'s. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Florida Dept. of Health, United Health Care as well as American Express. Nightmare situation!!
