Dude name Russell is arrogant. He talks too much and rude. Take your business somewhere else. He thinks he is the king of piano. Just really full of himself kind of businessman who wants to make fast money.

ecently I happened to come across the Piano Outlet and approached the owner possibly Russ. I have never met a more obnoxious individual in my life. Seems they have a warehouse of piano, but if you ask any questions, he is quick to end any discussions and conceal what they are refurbishing in there, and answer any simple questions. There must be a reason they only deal with the instruments - site unseen - in that what might appear to be little use is really rebuilt non- original parts. To be honest if he had a personality of even temper I would not of felt a need to write this review. But something is up and it should said. No stars needed
