I needed some vinyl lettering on my small fleet of 4 vans and my personal vehicle as well. We go over what I wanted a couple times on phone and in person. When he's done with the work vans I see them and they're done in the totally wrong color scheme. I told him it was an issue and I was very clear about what colors and how. Well he stated that he thought his color choices would look better and "POP" more to potential customers. I told him it doesn't match my business's color scheme. He said "business doesn't always work like that", I'm flabbergasted at this point. After that I just simply said look we were clear on the colors can you just please put on the colors I requested, I even told him I could wait up to a week. Well I haven't heard back from him and he is ignoring my phone calls, emails, texts heck I've even tried faxing him. Long story short very hard man to deal with and refused to make right on his wrong. So I'm out a decent amount of $, but fortunately another company did it as told much quicker and more professionally and like I asked. There are to many other companies in the area that are better. I'd stay far away from this guy.
