I have used them for a few years for my alterations. They have never been the cheapest but they do things the right way. However, the last two times I've brought things to them, my clothes haven't been ready at the promised time. And it's not as if there were a miscommunication, because I have a receipt that clearly showed the date promised. Instead of working on my items as quickly as possible, they made me wait another week (after already waiting two weeks). They do decent enough work, however their organizational abilities and their customer service is terrible. If you're willing to deal with the frustration of late items or you don't have a deadline, then use them at your own risk.
