rude, rude, rude! We waited over 2 hours because of a screw up (something to do with their name changing) causing a glitch getting an authorization from my insurance company, that had already been given! Finally i said i would just pay out of pocket to get it done. Once they figured it out, they still didn't advance my son in the que, so we waited another 30 minutes. no idea how they are so busy, but customer service NOT a priority!

Went to two different locations and could not get anyone there to fax the results to my doctor's office. I finally had to send my husband to pick up both results at 2 different locations. Now I received a bill and after speaking with them, they tell me that my payment was never received. I sent it in electronically and was told that the payment I sent them was not enough. I have to ask for a payment plan which is $175. But they still can't find my original payment. They said if it's not paid off in 3 months they will send the bill to collections. Maybe the collection company will have better book keeping.

Went in for a simple chest xray. They said the girl crossed me off the list, and so they skipped over me for an hour. Im that hour I witnessed them make the wrong patient drink a dye, they asked me 2 times which leg I was getting xrayed,(it was my chest!) I grabbed my paperwork and left.

I have to agree with the last reviewer. I called up to set up an appointment and the person on the other end could not get my first name right after numerous attempts... my first name is Stephen. How hard is that? After 5 minutes of trying to get the person to understand how to spell my first name, I gave up...and hung up.

Called twice to setup an appointment. Both times the person answering the phone was condescending and unhelpful. The second time I called I decided to stop being walked all over in regards to getting the help I need. I asked if I could finish a sentence because she wouldn't let me explain the situation. I got hung up on after she pretended she could no longer hear me. Not impressed, will NEVER go there and I'm telling others not to as well.
