Beware! First time I went I was happy with my haircut, but I couldn't stand how rude the staff was being to the stylist bc she couldn't use the computer. They were berating her, it was sick! The next time I went the hairdresser had a cold and kept hacking and sneezing all over me. It was disgusting. I decided to give it one last try. I called to make an appointment and the phone rang and rang. I called for 15 minutes, and i called the front of the store and was told the salon "was running late." When I finally got someone on the phone I tried to make an appointment for a cut and color. I saw online that their color was $55.00 for "all over color." I have EXTREMELY SHORT HAIR THAT I AM GETTING CUT INTO A PIXIE CUT. I was told that it would be $75. I asked why, and i was told that was only for touch up. I asked then why it said online it said all over color, and she said because that's what it is. I told her that didn't make any sense, i have very short hair and I wanted one color single process. She said it would cost extra for the person to pull the color through my hair, if i had long hair, it would cost double. She also said I had "Obviously never dyed my hair before and I had no idea what i was talking about." I told her to forget the color, and they should really look at their prices. She started to yell that she was just the floor manager. I was shocked that for a floor manager, she speaks to customers this way. I'm taking my appointment and my services elsewhere!!
