The customer service here is appalling. The people that work here are all in a bad mood and have a scowl on their face. I've never experienced anything like this in customer service before where the whole company acts like this. They don't say 'hi', they don't say 'thank you', it is almost robotic.

In addition, they started changing extra for shirts for bigger people. I went around to the other dry cleaners in the Iowa City metro and no other dry cleaner does that. They all thought that was strange. I understand charging for a different fabric, but not a different size.

Don't go here. Terrible customer service. And charge extra if you wear bigger clothes. Go to Sonshine or Nature's Way Cleaners.

First they dripped ink on my shirt. No problem. They can clean it off. Then they returned two extra shirts to me that were not mine. Then they lost the original ink-stained shirt and the owner refused to call be back about getting it replaced. I hope they can get their act together.

Never again! Used to go here every week till they ruined my jacket refused to accept any responsibility for it and also lost it for a few days. Tried to say I brought it there with the colors bleeding. Too bad they had already called to tell me they did it. Fortunately another dry cleaner (sonshine in North Liberty) fixed it perfect. They will get all my business from now on. Oh when I called the owner of Bradley to explain the situation he actually threaten me if I gave them a bad review sad he would give my place of business a bad review.
