This place is a joke! If I could give minus stars I would! Went in there wanting to get financing on a used 1994 truck for $5000, tried to get us into a 2012 Toyota! Lines used: "It was the only vehicle we were approved for; The lender only finances imports; Lender knows what you can afford," blah blah blah! Asked what the interest rate was, salesman said he wasn't allowed to tell me since he hadn't taken finance classes. Really? BS! Also, during the test drive I asked how much the vehicle was and he said he wasn't sure. Isn't that something that he should know??? We were looking for a payment of around 200 dollars with minimal down payment, the "accepted offer" wanted $3000 down and a $410 payment for 4 years on a $15,000 vehicle, which was atleast $1000 dollars overpriced according to NADA! That is a 27% interest rate, which is the max that can be charged on a vehicle. Thankfully I know how to do simple math! Unbelievable. If you are smart you will run, not walk away from this place! If you have bad credit do not expect to get desirable terms. Don't even waste your time. Save money for a down payment and try to get a loan through a credit union. The lender that approved us has horrible reviews all over the internet. Do not sign with Prestige Financing. They are predatory lenders. If this review at least helps one person, then I feel I have done my part as a concerned consumer.

I WENT TO GET A SMALL SUV THEY DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEWDGE ME WHEN I WAS ASKING FOR THE ONE I WANTED TO LOOK AT AND WAS TRYING TO PUT ME IN EVERYTHING ELSE AND FINALLY THEY GOT ME INTERESTED IN A MINI VAN WELL THIS IS WHERE I GOT SCREWED THE GUY TOLD ME THIS VAN HAD BEEN SERVICED AND IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT IT HAD BEEN FIXED BUT SOON AFTER I BOUGHT IT I FIND THAT I AM LOOKING AT AN ADDITIONAL $1500 IN REPAIRS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED SOON AND IT ALSO HAS NOT HAD A OIL CHANGE OR A TUNE UP AND THE VEHICLE WAS AS IS I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THESE PEOPLE..

I had a great experience at the Coralville Used Car Superstore. It has been a couple of days since I purchased my sporty, fast car. I am now zipping around IC and campus, n back n forth to CR. Parking is a breeze now.I loved all the guys over there. Roby, Brett, Craig, etc. All of them. They do their very best to get you in a car that best fits your needs. And we had many conversations that made me feel we all had things in common. (Can't wait to go see my boys play softball this season in those pink shirts).They were able to take my 2004 Malibu which I was still paying and put me in a better situation financially. This is something other dealerships could not do.Thank you boys.

Bought a vehicle from this store. the salesman and manager like most car dealers was a fast talker, did everything to get my wife and I to sign a vehicle.kissed out butts until it was time to sign. Bullied us into deal after deal. Tried putting us in a couple vehicles that were junk, tried to scam us on prices, tried to haggle us to death over prices. The vehicle we bought was nothing but a headache. Once the papers were signed they wrote us off like we didn't matter. Very disappointed with this company. Buyer beware! Avoid this store or any superstore owned by pat mcgrath!!!!
