I started at LA Weight Loss when the center opened in March, and they helped me lose 22 pounds since then (it is may now) The program is awesome, I get to cook at home, and am not required to purchase any of their products, though I choose to use their LA lites! They are really good, and I recommend you try them, too. They are like my savior, if it weren't for those bars I'd probably go back to my nightly bowl of ice cream. The girls that work there are very nice, and VERY helpful. If I am feeling down, they work with me to figure out why, and I always feel great when I leave, even when I Haven't lost as much as I wish I would have. Although the price is all upfront, in the long run, its about half the price of Weight Watchers...$6 to $9 a week for LA, and $16 for weight watchers! Plus, you can go in whenever you want and you dont have to sit in a big group of people and listen to everyone elses problems! My whole family can eat with me while I am doing the program because there are no weird foods to try, just stuff I already basically have at home. They really teach you to work with what you already have, and its great.
