THE STAFF, MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEES ARE IGNORANT, RUDE, AND DISHONEST. THEY

DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING TO THEIR ATTENTION TO

HELP YOU. THEY WILL SEEM LIKE THEY CARE AND ARE LISTENING BUT WHEN YOU GET SUCKED IN HERE ALL THINGS CHANGE! YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT, YOU ARE IGNORED WHEN YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR NEED HELP. I CANNOT BELIEVE PEOPLE HAVE ACTUALLY ENJOYED LIVING HERE.



I'm surprised this place has not been shut down because of the employers or

that people continually get ripped off by this company. At first the website

and place makes it look all nice but behind the scenes..when you first get

to see for yourself you will regret it!! I cannot STRESS enough, NOT TO LIVE HERE!!

I know its close to Robinson area which is great and all but they totally rip you off

you can see their records online that they are making 2.5 million from the people and this place and have about 5-9 workers. They are horrible. They raise the rent whenever they want, with you stuck in the contract, and can't do anything about it. AS if their prices werent already skyhigh enough. You can get a 4 bedroom house for less then what they are asking for a 1 bedroom. If you want to give away your money to ignorant, greedy money suckers, rude, distasteful workers that don't do their job or customers service WELCOME HOME TO THE HIGHLANDS OF MONTOUR RUN!



I'm just glad to get away from all of you. Your staff should be replaced again as well as management. This place keeps going downhill no matter how much they try to "update" things. They care more about your money then the customer service and people who are giving them their money to stay at this dump.

I have been a resident at this location for a year now. We have just renewed our lease for another year. The apartments are pricey, but for the location it is worth it. With a trail in walking distance, retail stores, and 250 different restaurants within 2minutes driving distance it makes for a great spot to live. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. They always resolve any problems within hours of the compliant. The grounds are kept beautiful in the summer, and clear of snow in the winter months. The apartments are gorgeous inside and out, and aren't very expensive to cool, or heat! I am very pleased with my place, and recommend it highly to others.
