This is by far the worst kennel in which I have ever boarded my pets. I've moved significantly over the years and while the degree of care and compassion varies from one place to the next, this place shouldn't even be open.

I moved recently and had to take my dog to a new vet and was warned by the vet tech to never use this place. I was told that the new, recent owners were nothing like the new ones and that she had received horrific stories from other clients. Shame on me for not listening.

The dog bed was completely soiled and disgusting and my dog returned with a tick that it didn't have upon being dropped off.

Obviously they were quick to take my money but the service and attitude of the staff will prevent me from ever going back. I would rather pay whatever additional costs and just get someone to come stay at my home the next time I'm planning a trip away.

Take my advice/recommendation and find another kennel for your loved ones.

We were long time client at parkway kennels, John and Carla were wonderful trustworthy people who took an interest in knowing us and our pets , they have new owners who are not friendly at all, they rarely answer phones , and our neighbors dog was neglected there and new owners couldn't care less. They were rude and had no feelings. Their dog required complicated surgery after his visit!

This is a great kennel. It is clean, the owners are very caring and they love what they do. My dogs recognize the kennels as we approach, and are not hesitant to go in. The groomer is also very good. We visited many kennels before selecting this one. We have been steady clients for over 10 years. Only drawback is it is so far from the city, but very convenient to the airport.
