Absolutely awful! They stole my credit card number and made unauthorized purchases off of it. I called the manager and he did not help me.

Worst customer service

The manager of this establishment is a rude blahs individual. I needed my car parked somewhere for two weeks and he wouldn't even talk to me. He said he didn't have the time and hung up the phone. With what they charge people it's better to leave your car in the extended stay at the airport or one of the lots closer to the airport.

very poor service that matches...

very poor service that matches up with the other 1 star reviews. very unprofessional staff. very cold bus. worst of all, l I had some valuables stolen from a hidden spot that the staff had to search thru my personal items to find. so I would not recommend parking here unless you want your car picked over by the staff. the bus also took two calls and 30 min to pick me up at the airport. Management is handling my complaints poorly and not serious at all. maybe they get this a lot...!!!

I would not recommend using this shuttle service. I used them in late March and the weather was in the low 40s at best. The shuttle that took me to the airport at 6 a.m had no heat. I chalked that up to the fact that it was extremely early and possibly the van hadn't warmed up yet. When I returned I had to wait around for 25 minutes after I called before the shuttle arrived (oh, and it took 2 calls) There is no way it should have taken this long for a shuttle based on the lot location from the airport. They apparently drug their feet before sending someone out. Then, when the van arrived it was FREEZING cold again. It wouldn't be so bad but they advertise "luxury" shuttles. My idea of luxury includes at least heat. I emailed the manager to tell him about my experience and he did not bother to even acknowledge the email.

Nothing fast here

Service was terrible, manager did not seem to know what he was doing.

Upon return, the van drove right past us and did not stop, had to wait about 25 minutes for the next shuttle.

Driver was very unprofessional and had the nerve to ask for a tip.

Terrible experience.
