This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. The room was dirty and the bathroom had dirt on the floor. I was later blamed by the staff and manager (Nick) for putting the dirt there. Nick was extremely rude to my wife when she called yelling and belittling her. Then he faked being another person so he would not have to take our calls and finally he offered a refund for a room that was dirty, had no wireless internet (which they said they had), a heater that did not work, and a staff that was unresponsive. This might possibly be the worst hotel in Pittsburgh and I was severely unhappy. I may also take a legal stance on how my wife was treated as well.

This hotel was super clean! They have free full continental breakfast. Free Shuttle service. They really go above and beyond what you would expect from a hotel/motel chain. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the pittsburgh. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a great overall experience!!!

I have stayed at all the big chain hotels I never seen so clean rooms, I am impressed. Love their Free Wi-Fi, 24 hrs coffee,24 hrs Airport Shuttle,Extended Cable 70 Plus Channels including HBO ,They even Printed my Boarding Pass Free and their Free Continental Breakfast Starts from 4.00AM to 10.00AM..Very Frindly Staff...24 Hrs Reastaurants & Bars or get delivered in your room by local Reastaurants till 2.00AM ...Wow....I like their PARK & FLY Pakage Deal so easy & convenient with much much cheaper then any big name hotels...Sometime I don't know why people waist their money???You got my business ...
